Dr. Kailor King
Dr. King’s connection to animals began at an early age while growing up in Southern Utah. His family raised cattle and quarter horses, giving him a strong foundation in animal care and sparking an interest that would eventually lead him to veterinary medicine.
During his undergraduate studies, Dr. King had the opportunity to work alongside several mixed-animal veterinarians. These experiences introduced him to the many facets of veterinary medicine and helped shape his interest in small animal care. During this time, he also married his spouse, and together they have welcomed two children.
In August 2022, Dr. King and his family relocated to Tucson while he attended the University of Arizona College of Veterinary Medicine. After completing veterinary school, Dr. King and his family made their way back to Southern Utah, where he is excited to put down roots and open his own practice, River Crossing Animal Hospital.
His professional interests include oncology, surgery, and emergency medicine. Dr. King is thrilled to bring his experience and passion for veterinary medicine back to the community he calls home and looks forward to building lasting relationships with local families and caring for their beloved pets.
